The Scottish Salmon Company PLC Share Capital Increase folllowing exercise of share options
Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 7th December regarding the exercise of share options by primary insiders.
In connection with the 1,026,328 share options exercised by primary insiders on 7th December, The Scottish Salmon Company PLC has issued 546,902 new fully paid common shares following the application of net settlement provisions to satisfy the exercise. The share capital increase has today been registered with 204,704 shares being held as treasury shares, and the balance being issued to option holders. Following the registration of the new share capital, The Scottish Salmon Company PLC share capital is NOK 174,626,256 divided into 194,029,173 fully paid common shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.90.
