Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 4^th March regarding the exercise of share options by a primary insider.

In connection with the 143,062 share options exercised by a primary insider, The Scottish Salmon Company PLC has transferred 31,240 treasury shares following the application of net settlement provisions to satisfy the exercise. Following this transfer the Company holds 173,464 treasury shares and The Scottish Salmon Company PLC share capital remains unchanged at NOK 174,626,256 divided into 194,029,173 fully paid common shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.90.
