The Scottish Salmon Company PLC: CFO Announcement

The Scottish Salmon Company (the "Company") today announced that Fiona Larkin will leave her position as Chief Financial Officer on 1 October 2019 to assume a senior management role in a company out-with the seafood industry.  During the next five months she will continue to discharge her duties in the usual course and ensure an orderly transfer of responsibilities.

The Company has developed positively over recent years, with Fiona as an integral part of the leadership team.  SSC now holds a robust financial position as the leading producer of Scottish Salmon, with all facilities in Scotland, and is well placed to pursue further opportunities for growth.  The Board would like to thank Fiona for her valued contribution to the business over the last five years and wish her all the best with her new endeavors.

Craig Anderson, CEO, commented "It has been a pleasure working with Fiona and we will continue to build on the Company's strong financial performance. Fiona has assembled a strong team in the financial department which will ensure a smooth transition to a new CFO upon her departure."

Fiona Larkin said: " We are proud of what we've been able to accomplish over the last five years and I have enjoyed my experience in the Seafood sector. I look forward to working diligently over the coming months, supporting the Company and my team in the transition."
