Preparatory documents made available for the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 18 June 2008
The Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Touax SCA will be held at 10 am on Wednesday 18 June at the registered office at Tour Arago, 5 rue Bellini, 92800 aux La Défense.
A meeting notice and a presentation of the resolutions to be put to the Meeting have today been sent to registered shareholders and made available to entities keeping bearer share custody accounts.
