TOUAX take part in the Midcap Event and admitted to the SBF250 and CAC Small 90 listing indexes

TOUAX admitted to the SBF 250 and CAC Small 90 listing indexes

At its meeting on 28 August 2008, the Scientific Board of the Euronext Paris Indexes resolved to admit the TOUAX Group to the SBF 250 and CAC Small 90 indexes. This decision will take effect as of the Monday, 22 September 2008 trading session.

According to Raphaël and Fabrice Walewski, Managing Partners of TOUAX, "This is a positive decision for the shareholders and investors that support the Group in both its industrial and stock-market operations. It follows on from TOUAX's admission to compartment B of Euronext at the start of the year, and represents a tangible acknowledgment of the development strategy that we have implemented around our four leasing businesses, as well as the sales targets achieved by our teams. The very satisfactory half-yearly results that we have just announced, and the improved forecasts for our 2008 targets, provide a very favorable outlook".

TOUAX will take part in the Paris Midcap Event on 29 and 30 September 2008 at the Palais Brongniart.
