TOUAX signs a sale and leaseback agreement
with the shipping company K Line

TOUAX Global Container Solutions, TOUAX's Shipping Containers division, announces that it has finalized a sale and leaseback agreement with the Japanese shipping company Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd ("K" Line), for about 11,000 containers (TEU*).

"K" Line is the world 14^th largest company in the container shipping business, managing over 80 ships. This sale and leaseback agreement shows the Group's expertise in the field of leasing and financing shipping containers.

Richard Barreau, Managing Director of TOUAX Global Container Solutions states: "this sale and leaseback will enable us to meet our growth targets for our managed fleet more quickly, and to strengthen our presence in Asia. We managed to design a tailor-made solution for our customer allowing it to refinance part of its container fleet and take advantage of highly competitive leasing rates. We aim to develop this expertise for the main global shipping companies.

TOUAX Global Container Solutions is present in 40 countries via a network of 5 offices, 8 branches and 150 depots.
