Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") has completed a private placement of 1,600,000 ordinary shares (class A shares) at NOK 10.00 per share to raise a total of NOK 16,000,000. Fees and expenses amounted to 3.8 per vent of the capital. The funds will be used for operations and business development. Following completion of the share issue, Thinfilm's share capital increases by NOK 176,000 from NOK 2,237,081.99 to NOK 2,431,081.99.
