Reference is made to the announcement by Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") dated 24 February 2009 regarding conversion of 979,500 Class B shares into 979,500 ordinary shares. The new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on Oslo Axess as of the date the conversion and associated amendment of the Articles of Association has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, at which time Thinfilm will make an announcement on Oslo Axess.
