Further to the announcements by Thin Film Electronics ASA dated 24 February and 3 March 2009, this is to confirm that the conversion of the 979,500 Class B shares into 979,500 ordinary (formerly Class A) shares and the associated amendment of the Articles of Association has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on Oslo Axess as of the start of trading tomorrow, 5 March 2009.
