THIN - Voting disclosure

The instant notice is issued by Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") on behalf of a person with disclosure obligation.
 
Morten Opstad, chairman of the board of directors of Thinfilm who shall also open the annual general meeting on 6 May 2009, had until this morning received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 4,794,093 shares, corresponding to 22 per cent of the share capital and the voting rights of the company. A small number of the powers of attorney contain voting instructions on one or more subjects. The powers of attorney are only valid at the instant annual general meeting.
 
Mr. Opstad and close relations hold 73,410 shares in Thinfilm, corresponding to 0.3 per cent of the share capital and the voting rights of the company. Mr. Opstad will also represent and vote for these shares at the general meeting.
 
Mr. Opstad holds 75,000 subscription rights in Thinfilm. 18,750 of these subscription rights will be vested before the general meeting.
