Reference is made to the notices by Thin Film Electronics ASA on 22 April 2009 regarding the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2009. The proposed resolution on agenda item 5, Section I (d), will be amended in that the subscription rights in the rights issue will be transferable.
