Reference is made to Thin Film Electronics ASAs ("Thinfilm") announcement on 6 May 2009 regarding a rights issue of shares as resolved by the annual general meeting on the same date. The period was planned to commence on 13 May 2009.

 

The subscription period can only commence when the prospectus has been approved.

 

It is now expected that the subscription period will commence on 15 May and close at the end of business on 29 May 2009.

 

The actual subscription period and other details will be announced and the prospectus will be sent to the shareholders when the prospectus has been approved.
