Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") has issued a prospectus related to a rights issue for minimum 45,454,545 and maximum 109,685,545 new shares in Thinfilm with subscription period from 15 May to 29 May 2009, both days inclusive.

 

Part I section 1.2 and Part III section 4.17 contains identical paragraphs with one typing error, stating "2009" instead of "2010" in one occurrence. The paragraph shall read as follows, where the corrected year is written "*2010":

 

"The Warrants shall expire, and no longer be exercisable, on 6 November 2010. No Warrants may be exercised until 6 May 2010, and then only in the period 6 - 31 May *2010, with a further and final period of exercise between 1 September and 6 November 2010 (the exercise will be registered in the Company Registry as soon as reasonably practicable after the expiration of the Warrant period). The Warrants are transferable."

 

Thinfilm does not plan to apply for listing of the warrants.
