The rights issue in Thin Film Electronics ASA with subscription period from 15 May to 29 May 2009, for minimum 45,454,545 and maximum 109,685,545 shares, has been more than 70 per cent over-subscribed.

 

As stated in the prospectus, it is planned that the allocation will take place on 5 June and the corresponding subscription amounts will be debited from the subscribers' accounts on or about 9 June 2009. Following registrations, it is planned that the new shares will be delivered and adopted for trading at Oslo Axess week 25 which commences on 15 June 2009.
