Reference is made to prior notices regarding the rights issue in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") with subscription period from 15 May to 29 May 2009. The allocation of the new shares was resolved today by the board of directors of Thinfilm.

 

A total of 109,685,545 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share were allocated to 449 shareholder accounts. Notification of allocation will be sent to the subscribers today.

 

Each subscriber's bank account will be debited for the subscription amount for the number of new shares allotted to the subscriber. The debit will take place on 9 June 2009.

 

Following registrations, it is planned that the new shares will be delivered and adopted for trading at Oslo Axess week 25 which commences on 15 June 2009.

 

The issued share capital of Thinfilm following the completion of the rights offering will be NOK 14,478,491.94 and total number of issued and outstanding shares will be 131,622,645.
