Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of John Markus Lervik.

 

ASAH AS, a company held by Mr. Lervik, has today acquired 6,200,000 shares in Thinfilm in the market at the prevailing price at Oslo Børs. ASAH AS has also acquired 5,400,000 warrants which will be issued in connection with Thinfilm's rights issue currently under registration.

 

Furthermore, ASAH AS has today subscribed for 14,000,000 shares in Thinfilm in a private placement.

 

Following these transactions, ASAH AS will hold 20,200,000 shares in Thinfilm, corresponding to 13.9 per cent of the issued share capital and votes in the company. In addition ASAH AS will hold 5,400,000 warrants in Thinfilm.
