Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of two employees.
Ole Ronny Thorsnes, incoming CFO and primary insider in Thinfilm who today received 750,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2016 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.
Following the transaction, Ole Ronny Thorsnes and close associates hold or control 750,000 SRs in Thinfilm.
Tauseef Bashir, EVP Global Sales and primary insider in Thinfilm who today received 500,000 subscription rights ("SRs") under Thinfilm's 2016 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.
Following the transaction, Mr Bashir and close associates hold or control 500,000 SRs in Thinfilm.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 5.05 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 10 May 2021.
