The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 3 November 2016 to grant a total of 12,565,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to 62 new and existing employees of the Company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2016 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2016.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 4.34 per share. Twenty-five percent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 10 May 2021.
Following the grant there are 43,787,500 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
