Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm" or the "Company") on 1 December and 2 December 2016, regarding the private placement of shares in the Company (the "Private Placement"). Completion of the Tranche 2 of the Private Placement is subject to the approval by an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM"). The EGM will be held Friday 23 December 2016 at 09:00 (CET), at Vika Atrium Conference Center, Munkedamsveien 45 in Oslo, Norway.
Please find enclosed the complete notice including attendance forms (in English and Norwegian). Shareholders wishing to attend the EGM, in person or by proxy, are requested to register as described in one of the enclosed attendance forms. The attendance form must be received by the registrar, DNB Bank ASA, no later than 21 December at 12:00 (CET).
