Reference is made to the announcement on 2 December 2016 regarding a private placement of shares in Thin Film Electronics ASA.
The share capital increase related to issuance of Tranche 1 shares has now been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 81,978,502.87 divided into 745,259,117 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
