Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of Woodford Investment Management Ltd ("Woodford"), acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management.
Following additional purchases in the market, Woodford has a combined holding of 205,187,950 shares, which represents 25.12 percent of the issued share capital and votes in Thinfilm. In addition, Woodford holds 40,000,000 warrants, which combined with existing shares represents 30.0 percent of the issued share capital.
