The Annual General Meeting of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") will be held Friday 5 May 2017 at 09:00 (CET), at Thon Vika Atrium Conference Centre, Munkedamsveien 45, Oslo, Norway.
Please find enclosed the complete notice including attendance forms (in English and in Norwegian). Shareholders wishing to attend the Annual General Meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested to complete one of the enclosed attendance forms. The attendance form must be received by the registrar DNB Bank ASA at the latest by 3 May 2017 at 12:00 (CET).
At 09:30 (CET) or after the Annual General Meeting has been adjourned, the CEO, Davor P. Sutija, will give a presentation and update of Thin Film Electronics ASA. The presentation will be open to the press and the general public, and will be webcast.
