Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm" or the "Company") on 19 October 2017, regarding the private placement of shares in the Company.
The share capital increase related to the issuance of Tranche 1 Shares has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 99,095,877.87 divided into 900,871,617 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
