The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 9 November 2017 to grant a total of 30,295,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to 148 new and existing employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2017 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2017.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 2.45 per share. The vesting schedule for the subscription rights is 25 per cent each year beginning one year from the Vesting Commencement date, 15 October 2017. The SRs expire on 5 May 2022.
Following the grant there are 65,555,000 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
