THIN - Annual General Meeting held

Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 4 May 2018.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting. Richard P. Bernstein was elected to join the Board of Directors, replacing Rolf Åberg.
