The Board of Thin Film Electronics ASA has been notified that board member Mr Richard Bernstein wishes to retire from his board position. His request has been accepted and Mr Bernstein will hence step down from the board effective as of today.
The Nomination Committee of Thinfilm is already in the process of searching for new board members who will be proposed at the next shareholders meeting.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Bernstein for his valuable contribution to Thinfilm.
