| Article | Schiphol, 8 April 2008 - Rodamco Europe N.V. will propose to the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, to be held on June 17, 2008, a cash dividend over 2007 of € 3.05 per share (2006: € 3.71). As no interim dividend was paid over 2007, the full amount will be made payable on June 24, 2008.
