Consequently, notice is hereby given that the ordinary shares of Rodamco Europe N.V. with a nominal value of 8 EUR ("Shares") ISIN NL0000289320 are expected to be delisted from Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris, effective 13 May 2008, last trading date 12 May 2008.
