Title Rodamco Europe requests removal registration on CBFA list
Article Schiphol, 11 July, 2008 - Rodamco Europe N.V. is delisted from Brussels Euronext since 10 September 2007. Shares of Rodamco Europe will no longer be publicly offered in Belgium. Therefore, Rodamco Europe requested CBFA to remove Rodamco Europe's registration on the list of foreign public UCI's held by the CBFA. CBFA removed Rodamco Europe's registration per 24 June, 2008. Fortis Bank will continue to execute the necessary financial services in Belgium until at least after the current squeeze out procedure.
