Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, April 1, 2015 - The Combined Shareholders' Meeting of Bureau Veritas Registre international de classification de navires et d'aéronefs (the "Company") will be held on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the following address: Eurosites, 28 avenue George V, 75008 Paris - France.
The preliminary notice of meeting (Avis de réunion), including in particular the agenda and the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors and which will be presented during the Meeting, has been published today in the legal gazette "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" n°39 (http://www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/balo/) and on the Company's website (www.bureauveritas.com).
The documents and information referred to in article R.225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code will be available on the Company's website (www.bureauveritas.com ) under Shareholders Information / Annual General Meeting, at the latest on the twenty-first day before the Meeting (at the latest on Wednesday April 29, 2015).
All other preparatory documents pertaining to the Meeting will be available to the shareholders at the Company's registered office and/or on the Company's website (www.bureauveritas.com), under Shareholders Information / Annual General Meeting, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, at the latest as from the publication of the notice of meeting (Avis de convocation) in the legal gazette "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires".
Shareholders may also request, as from the publication of the notice of meeting (Avis de convocation) until the fifth day (included) prior to the Meeting, i.e., until Friday May 15, 2015 included, that the documents and information referred to in articles R.225-81 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code be sent to them in accordance with the following:
Please note that the Company 2014 Registration Document (Document de Référence) filed on
March 23, 2015 with the Autorité des marchés financiers is available on the Company's website (www.bureauveritas.com) and on the website of the Autorité des marchés financiers
(www.amf-france.org). The Company 2014 Registration Document includes in particular the annual financial report, the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors with special reporting on the internal auditing and risk management procedures implemented by the Company, as well as the statutory auditors' fees for the financial year ending on December 31, 2014.
