GC Rieber Shipping ("RISH") has entered into a charter agreement for the vessel "Polar Prince" with a new offshore subsea company to be named Technocean AS, in which RISH will hold about 51 % of the shares. The charter commences late November 2006 with 2 years duration plus 3 times 1 year option. The charter agreement is concluded at satisfactory terms and strengthens GC Rieber Shipping's position within this business segment.
