RISH - ARROW SEISMIC - PLAN FOR CAPITALIZATION AND LISTING
Arrow Seismic ASA (`Arrow`), a 54 % owned subsidiary of GC Rieber Shipping ASA is planning to apply for listing on Oslo Stock Exchange by the end of 1st half 2007. Arrow is planning for a share issue in combination with the listing. Such share issue will, in combination with new agreements for long term mortgage debt financing of the two last new buildings and the three planned 2D/Source vessels, secure full financing of the group`s investment programme.
