CFO Hans Petter Klohs is leaving his position in GC Rieber Shipping on September 16, 2011. Klohs has been CFO in the company for 11 years. Subsequently, he will also resign from his position as managing director in Armada Seismic.
Einar Ytredal, current VP Finance, is appointed acting CFO. The Board of Directors in Armada Seismic will address the appointment of the new managing director in Armada Seismic shortly.
