GC RIEBER SHIPPING - LONG TERM DEBT USD 43 MILLION


GC Rieber Shipping has signed an agreement with Handelsbanken for a secured loan of USD 43 million. The loan is amortizing and has a 5 year term.

The securities under the new loan also extend to the existing NOK 250 million facility with Handelsbanken, which matures in November 2013.
