A total of 89.6 % of the share capital and voting rights was represented.

All items on the agenda dated 21 March 2013 were addressed and approved by the general meeting, including dividend payment. The shares are traded ex. dividend from 15 April 2013. Dividend will be paid out on 26 April 2013.
