GC Rieber Shipping - Minutes of the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting in GC Rieber Shipping ASA was held today 10 April 2014 at 14.00 hrs (CET) in Skipsbyggerhallen, Solheimsgaten 11, 5058 Bergen.

A total of 90.0 % of the share capital and voting rights was represented.

All items on the agenda dated 19 March 2014 were addressed and approved by the general meeting, including dividend payment. The shares are traded ex. dividend from 11 April 2014. Dividend will be paid out on 24 April 2014.
