As part of the employment agreement between Morten Vike and Grieg Seafood ASA,

where Morten Vike will take up the position as CEO of Grieg Seafood ASA as of August 1st  2008, Mr Vike has been granted 300.000 options as pr June 1st 2008. As of the same date, Per Grieg jr.'s 300.000 options are recalled.

 

The options are granted under the option program decided by the General Assembly at

April 20th 2007, with the exception, that the first possible vesting date is after the presentation of the preliminary results for the fiscal year 2010.

The calculation of the final strike price (indexed with ½ % monthly) will be based on NOK 13.20, which is the volume weighted share price at OSE, May 30th 2008.
