The share capital increase in connection with the conversion of NOK 1,000,000, in The 8 % Grieg Seafood ASA Subordinated Convertible Bond Issue 2009/2010, in accordance with the terms in the loan agreement has now been registered.

 

The new share capital of Grieg Seafood ASA is NOK 307,048,000 divided into 76,762,000 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 4. New certificate of registration is enclosed.
