The 8 % Grieg Seafood ASA Subordinated Convertible Bond Issue 2009/2010, in accordance with the terms in the loan agreement has now been registered.

The new share capital of Grieg Seafood ASA is NOK 366 048 000 divided into 91 512 000 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 4. New certificate of registration is enclosed.
