Following the completion of the new share issue in Grieg Seafood ASA, the ownership of Halde Invest AS in Grieg Seafood ASA has been reduced from 15.05% to 13.63%. Halde Invest AS is also owner of convertible bonds in the company at the value of 15 MNOK, corresponding to 3.75 million shares, which has yet not been converted. Following a future conversion, Halde Invest AS will again increase its shareholding in Grieg Seafood ASA to 16.53%.

 

Board member Harald Ingebrikt Volden and regional director Håkon Volden are both board members and owners of Halde Invest AS. Additionally, Håkon Volden holds16,000 shares in Grieg Seafood ASA through Drome AS.
