Per Grieg jr., chairman of Grieg Seafood ASA, who shall also open the annual general meeting in the company on 27 May 2011, had by the registration deadline received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 68,040,421 shares, or 60.93% of the share capital. Received powers of attorney with voting instructions are 11,276,034 (16.57%). The powers of attorney are only valid at the annual general meeting.

The foregoing number includes shares which are held by Per Grieg jr. and close relations.
