Ystholmen AS' total shareholding in Grieg Seafood ASA after this acquisition is 2,880,769 shares. Per Grieg jr. is the chairman of the board in both Ystholmen AS and Grieg Seafood ASA.

 

Including related parties Ystholmen AS owns 57,565,734 shares in Grieg Seafood ASA.
