In the Board meeting 22 March 2012 the Board of Directors of Grieg Seafood ASA approved the Annual Accounts for 2011. Result before tax was a loss of 195.2 MNOK. The result for the year was a loss of 123.2 MNOK. Approved Annual Accounts for 2011 equal preliminary figures which were published in connection with the 4Q presentation on 15 February 2012.

The Board of Directors has proposed not to pay any dividend for 2011.

Shareholders'meeting is scheduled to 24 May 2012.
