Asbjørn Reinkind has through his wholly owned company Reinkind AS (org. no. 992 160 152) acquired 40,000 shares in Grieg Seafood ASA at NOK 6.775 per share on 15 June 2012.

Reinkind AS' total shareholding in Grieg Seafood ASA after this acquisition is 100,000 shares. Asbjørn Reinkind is the chairman of the board in Reinkind AS and vice chairman of the board in Grieg Seafood ASA.
