In the Board meeting 1 April 2014 the Board of Directors of Grieg Seafood ASA approved the annual accounts for 2013. The result before tax was a profit NOK 545m. The result for the year was a profit of NOK 431m. Approved annual account for 2013 equal preliminary annual accounts which were published in connection with the 4Q presentation on 13 February 2014.

The Board of Directors will request the General Meeting for an authority to evaluate a dividend during 2014.

The Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to 5 June 2014.
