The Board of Directors has 12 May 2016 proposed a dividend of NOK 0.5 per share (111,662,000 shares, of which treasury shares 1,250,000). Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to 14 June 2016 and given approval, the shares will be quoted ex-dividend NOK 0.5 as from 15 June 2016. The record date will be 16 June 2016. Date of payment is 28 June 2016.
