Roy-Tore Rikardsen, regional director in Grieg Seafood Finnmark AS, has on 17 February 2017 acquired 6,000 Grieg Seafood ASA shares at NOK 70.95 per share. Total shareholding after this share purchase is 13,100 shares.

Roy-Tore Rikardsen is part of Grieg Seafood ASA's synthetic share option program, and in this connection he has an obligation to hold shares in Grieg Seafood ASA.
