Alexander Knudsen, regional director in Grieg Seafood Rogaland AS, has on 23 February 2017 sold 9,000 Grieg Seafood ASA shares at NOK 76.60 per share.

Total shareholding after this transaction is 20,000 shares.

Alexander Knudsen is part of Grieg Seafood ASA's synthetic share option program, and in this connection he has an obligation to hold shares in Grieg Seafood ASA. Alexander Knudsen holds 160,430 unredeemed options. After the transaction he still has fulfilled the legal obligation to hold shares according to the company's synthetic share options program.
