The Board of Directors of Gofore Plc is planning to launch an employee share savings plan

The Board of Directors of Gofore Plc is planning to launch an employee share savings plan for all Group employees.  

"Employee commitment is deeply rooted in Gofore. The employee share savings plan is a continuation of this; through ownership it involves everyone in the company story", says Ali U. Saadetdin, Chairman of Gofore Plc's Board of Directors.

The objective of the plan is to offer the Group employees an opportunity to save a proportion of their regular salaries for the acquisition of the Company's shares. By encouraging the employees to acquire and own the Company's shares the Company intends to unify the interests between the Gofore shareholders and employees. The aim is to increase and encourage long-term employee interest and involvement in Gofore business and development. The Board of Directors considers that the plan will have a positive impact on the Group's future development, and thus the plan is in the interest of both the shareholders and employees.

The intention of the Board of Directors is to launch the employee share savings plan in 2018.
