Gofore extends its financial reporting
In the monthly Business Reviews for the quarter ending in March and September, Gofore Plc will publish the Group's EBITA and EBITA-% as well as corresponding figures of the same period in the previous year. EBITA is an indicator meaning operating profit before goodwill amortisation. By adding key figures to the review, the company aims to further facilitate transparency of the company's growth as well as transparency of the profitability development. The March Business Review will be published approximately week 16 and the September review is estimated to be published at week 42.
"By extending the scope of the review, we also want to improve the transparency of our profitability development which is of interest to investors. The purpose of the Business Review is to provide investors and our other followers with real-time information on our key performance indicators and their development. Alongside the Half-year Report, this is an important way for us to serve our investor communities even better", says CEO Timur Kärki.
Gofore reports full financial information and key figures for the entire Group on a regular basis bi-annually. In addition, the company has adopted the practice of publishing a monthly Business Review, which reports the net sales of the previous month and the corresponding period of the previous year. In addition, key figures have been reported to facilitate the monitoring of the company's growth development and comparability between periods. All figures published in the Business Reviews concern the entire Group and are unaudited.
